Administrators go straight to the “System overview” after signing in. The sidebar has a “System administration” group (Overview, Users, Subject) and a “Teaching tools” group.

Steps
- Sign in with an administrator account; Bút Nghiên opens the “System overview”.
- The stat tiles: “Users” (with the number of teachers and students), “Activity in the last 24 hours”, “Classes”, “Exams”, “Attempts” (including guest attempts) and “Subject”. Click “Refresh” to reload; the “Updated at …” line shows when the data was loaded.
- The “Admin shortcuts” block: “Manage users”, “Manage subjects” and “Teaching tools”.
- On the “Subject” page: search by subject name or code; click “Add subject”, enter the “Subject code”, “Subject name” and “Description (optional)”, then click “Save”; click “Edit” or “Delete” on a row. The list is split into pages of 20 subjects.
- The “Teaching tools” group contains the teacher pages, such as Classes, Exams, Assignments, Question banks, Exam blueprints, Rubrics and Analytics — they work the same as for teachers.
Options and limits
- Users
- Doesn't count guest accounts used to take exams or deleted accounts.
- Activity in the last 24 hours
- The number of people who signed in or continued a sign-in session in the last 24 hours — only a rough measure of activity, not detailed traffic statistics.
- Subject code
- 2–32 characters: uppercase letters, digits, dashes or underscores. Can't be changed after the subject is created.
- Deleting a subject
- Only possible when no class, question bank or exam uses the subject; the “In use” column shows how many do. The “Delete” button is disabled for subjects in use.
Common errors and how to fix them
- “Couldn't load system stats.” → click “Try again”.
- “This subject code already exists.” → choose a different subject code.
- “Can't delete: the subject is in use.” → classes, question banks or exams still use this subject, so it can't be deleted.
- Administrator accounts can't switch to Student or Teacher mode.
- There's no server monitoring screen in the interface.
