Steps
- Open “Live games”, choose the “Ended” filter, then click “Report” on the game you want to see. Right after the award ceremony, you can also click “View detailed report”.
- The top of the page shows a podium for the top three and the numbers: players, average accuracy, average score and answers submitted.
- The “Leaderboard” section shows each student's score. The “Guest” label marks players who weren't signed in. Games for a single class have an extra account name column.
- The “Per-question statistics” section puts each question into Easy (70% or more of students correct), Medium (40% or more) or Hard (under 40%). The player-by-question table shows who got each question right or wrong. In teacher-led games, the correct rate counts everyone who was asked the question, including players who ran out of time (shown as “… did not answer”); in the table, the cell for a skipped question says “Skipped / timed out”.
- Click “Download Excel” to download a file with sheets for the overview, players, right/wrong per question, points per question, question statistics (with a column for players who didn't answer), plus a teams sheet for team games.
- Click “Replay hard questions”: questions that fewer than 50% of students got right are preselected. Adjust them if you like, then click “Create new game”. The new game has its own game PIN and settings.

Common errors and how to fix them
- “Export is available once the game has ended” → click “End” on the game first, then download the Excel file.
- “The game was canceled; there are no results to export” → the game was canceled before it started, so there are no results.
- “You've uploaded or exported files too many times. Please try again in a few minutes.”
